Had a very pleasant experience buying my car today! Barb was super welcoming and wonderful to work with as was the gentleman who helped us complete all our paperwork. They took their time showing me the ropes with my new car and the process was really easy and seamless. Looking forward to doing more business in the future!

Unless you have a personal mechanic that can work on your Subaru, I would go to Fox if you are in the Grand Rapids area. I had rear brake pads put on and the rotors turned down. Since I only had 1300 miles on the car since my last oil change, they still recommended having the oil changed anyway keeping up with the 6 months maintenance schedule. I looked at the invoice and every time that I've brought my car in for a oil change, I was charged for 6 quarts of oil. The crankcase only takes 5.1 quarts of oil. This time they I wa... read more

2 weeks ago I brought my 2015 subaru legacy into fox subaru to have my mirror sensors looked at because the eyesight wasnt working after I replaced the mirror with one I bought online. Come to find out I had an issue with my transmission, get that fixed and take my car home. When I got home I realized the issue with my mirror wasnt corrected. so I bring my car in a second time, leave it there for a few days. when I picked my car up the 2nd time it still wasnt fixed. so I bring my car in a third time. Yesterday I called before coming in for an oil change. I asked about masks and the person who answered the phone said that all staff who were customer facing were wearing masks. She also said the were not requiring masks of customers but there was a place in the showroom I could wait that had chairs and was open. When I arrived the service people were all masked and very conscientious.
