I've only worked with the Service Department, and every single visit and interaction has been nothing short of excellent. The Service Department is where you will spend most of your car ownership experience with a dealer, and yet you don't really get to test drive that part until after you buy the vehicle. I actually look forward to maintaining my vehicle because I know I will be working with a honest, fair and respectful team. Thank you all for making my Subi experience a great one!

I came in wanting to test drive a wrx, to narrow down my choice between said car and a new gmc truck. the sales person that spoke to me was disrespectful and said "we don't just let kids test drive cars". I have nothing but great things to say about about Subaru and Fox Subaru! I replaced my ancient 1994 Subaru Legacy wagon yesterday, and this team is top notch. I drove out with a 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium, and I could not be any happier! I had the pleasure of working with both Russ and Andrew yesterday, and I strongly recommend them both. Jim, who sold us our car, was pleasant and easy to work with. He genuinely enjoys his job and Subarus! He was very patient sitting in the new car with me, explaining various items and even set up my phone connection. The next day I received a call from him, letting me know I had left a few CDs in the old car.
Horrible service...... Service advisors get paid commission!
About 1 1/2 weeks ago, I tried to make a 30k service appointment with the online appointment scheduler with my iPhone and the scheduler wouldn't work. Instead, I called in and made the appointment over the phone. When I brought my car in this morning, my appointment had never been loaded into their schedule and they couldn't fit me in. I'm not a happy camper right now.
