Andrew and Russ went out of their way to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted, when I needed it. A similar 2017 Outback was purchased July 30th and totaled by an oncoming truck that had lost control. The Subaru saved my life in this head-on crash. Two days after the insurance company declared the previous Outback a total loss, Andrew & Russ stayed late to make sure all paperwork was complete and the car delivered. Bless you, guys!

My 3 interaction at this dealership. Always rude Dennis the service manager. Try saying I had bad winter tires because he doesnt like BF Goodrich tires, put it on my paperwork. If I couls go to Lansing back to Williams where I bought It I would.
The service department keeps me returning to Fox Subaru. I have driven a Subaru since the 90's and as far as I'm concerned, there is no better vehicle to drive in all kinds of weather. The friendly, knowledge service staff answers my stupid questions without laughing at me...at least where I can hear them. The clean, spacious, new building is a pleasure to visit. The cookies and coffee don't hurt either. Thank you, Fox Subaru.
Rude people. Told one thing than later told another. The express oil change tries to do stuff quick and screws up .
