I came in looking to trade my motorcycle in for a used car that they had on the lot. Quinn and Russ worked all day to do everything they could to not only get me a car, but get my bike traded in when a Bob at Grand Rapids Harley didn't want to give us the time of day, much less help with the trade. Friendly service advisors that handled my vehicle in an expedient manner. Did not try to push unnecessary services like you find at most dealerships. Quoted me a little higher than the final cost which is always a nice surprise. Will continue to trust Fox to handle any work I am not capable of doing myself.
Best Subaru dealership in the US! Great service department, parts department, and the same salesman who sold me my 2007 WRX Limited is still there and I've purchased from him again.
Very disappointed in my experience. I scheduled service for repair of 2 recalls. I traveled 200 miles for the appointment I scheduled 8 days prior and received confirmation as well as reminder emails. After 90 minutes, I was told one of the parts needed for the hood release latch repair was not available and that the service could not be completed. Unacceptable, not safe, and not professional. This also means another 200 mile trip..one way..to a different dealership!
We were served well and efficient. We received calls with the progress of the repairs. The car runs great after the repairs and all the complaints were taken care of.
The experience at Fox Subaru on 28th St is always better than expected. It's the same group of super helpful, friendly and trustworthy guys. My oil changes are always fast and super easy. It's never a hassle having to bring my car in! I brought my Outback in for some new brakes yesterday (they have over 100k miles on them) and had my two daughters with me.
