Verified Renter Not pleased at all with this community. The noise from neighbors. The little parking spaces. Only 1 good maintenance man. Horrible turnover rate in office staff. Not worth the money they charge and the yearly increase in rent but yet no yearly upgrades

Verified Renter My resident experience… hmm where do i start? The application process first of all was very straight forward and very self explanatory, which is great. No questions asked. Within the next day or so I received a call from the leasing department, and did everything in their power to get me approved for the apartment I live in now! Verified Renter Expensive and could be cleaner. Apartment needs a lot of work for the money you pay to live in these. But the people who look over the property are very helpful.
