Verified Renter I have lived at Fox Run since 2022 and haven't had any complaints, other than some loud music coming from the next-door neighbor. Office staff handled the situation as best they could (the neighbor eventually moved out). If there have been maintenance issues, the repairs have been completed within 1-2 days. Every month the office personnel do something for the residents. Verified Renter Super amazing community, staff is does a lot of engagements to bring the community together. Works are completed in a timely manner. I def enjoy the living experience this far. The walls in the apartment are pretty thin and can hear everything around me ( but that’s expected ) but other that I’d def recommend this community.

Verified Renter Not worth the price, basically can get a house because you’re making a mortgage payment for an apartment. It’s not a bad place to live, for me personally it just isn’t worth the money and they raised the rent after only being here a year
