RecommendedI moved here from my hometown of Cleveland. I was searching for the perfect apartment. I looked at many places but my search stopped when I came here. Not only was the manager in the office so helpful, but the apartment completey won me over. It was completely redone. The kitchen and the washer/dryer combo sold it for me as I love to cook and I did not want to share the washers or dryers with others. Needless to say I am now a resident and I am so happy with my choice.
This place is absolutely the best of the best in trotwood. The nature surrounding the community is breathtaking. the staff is very down to earth. so glad to call this place home.

I took a tour of this place not long ago & loved it! Very clean, well kept & excellent staff. Erin showed us around & she was very informative, helpful & kind. Will definitely be following up!
3/5 for me. I like it so far, the apartment & scenery is nice as well as the staffing. Neighborhood is decent but the no pet policy is a huge let down for a lot of people.
