All I have to say if your looking for a great place to live Fox Run is the place . We lived there almost 3 years and had to move due to work ... and to be honest it was hard to do knowing we were not going to find a great place just like our apartment in Dayton where we called home . Office staff really do become like Family and very understanding, both Manager and maintenance have a big heart and really do care about the residents. Great Landscaping Great apartment complex overall. Everything is very well kept inside and out. Landscaping is done regularly. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Honestly no real negatives.

Very Nice Apartment This place is very nice. My apartment has a lot of space and everything seems to be new. This is a nice change compared to my last apartment that was falling apart. Everything is nice here inside and outside. My kid loves the soccer field. It is a great place to live.
My favorite thing about living here is the landscaping. It is breathtaking. I love watching the seasons change with all the trees around me. My apartment is so cozy. My closet is huge. It has everything I have been looking for.
Awesome Place I really enjoy renting from Towne Properties - Fox Run. I feel very safe and supported by the staff/maintenance crew. The staff know my name each time I walk into the office and are able to help me with any questions I have. The grounds are always clean and well groomed and just makes you feel at home.
This is a clean comfortable ,nice place to live . Its quiet and just for me ..the staff in the office is excellent
