this is such a great place to live. I love everything about it from the office staff to the maintenance to how beautiful the community is. I have told a few people about this place. it is the nicest apartment community that trotwood has to offer.
Fox Run is a hidden gem!! It’s quietly tucked back off the main road surrounded by beautiful green grass and tranquil woods. It’s a safe and very well kept community. I would recommend it to anyone. Pictures just don’t do it justice.
I have lived here a year and really like it. Management is attentive, maintenance gets it done. They keep the grounds up and are consistently making improvements. Its been a great value for the square footage, the finishes are nice, carpet is a higher quality then Ive seen in most apartments, fixtures are modern, etc. The best thing is: I never hear my neighbors above me. It is all around a great place to live.
What to say about living here. I love it. I will be approaching the first year living here and have to say that I can not take out a pen fast enough to renew my lease. It is affordable and is such a nice feeling to go home at whatever time and feel safe. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another. I would recommend staying at fox run apartments because they have new compliance’s. The tenants are very helpful and understanding. Staying in fox run is very nice and I don’t plan on leaving. I would recommend anyone staying here everything is very nice here and quite. I love it
I took a tour of Fox Run a few months ago. The complex was beautiful and the apartments we so nice. I really needed an apartment with a washer/dryer hook up but unfortunately they do not have. The lady in the office was so helpful to tell me about another communtiy they have a few blocks away with hook ups. I would have definately rented here if they had the hook ups. Thanks to the great office staff here I am now a renter at their other property which i love.
