Completely chaotic and unorganized. They started my kitchen on Tuesday, it is now Thursday and my kitchen is only half done. In my kitchen they have lamp shades from living room, pictures from bathroom, beautiful Tiffany lamp taken apart & laying on the floor, end table, and much more miscellaneous items not packed from other rooms. In the garage is large photo frame, not packed, but moved from bonus room to the garage. And it has been 3 days. They were to pack on Tuesday & Wednesday & load today. Scheduled a move between 1-3. No one called or showed up. When I called at three they stated I wasn’t in the schedule but they could come within an hour. No one called or showed up again. I guess I need to find different movers.
RecommendedI used Fox moving recently on a short notice move. Ronnie Coleman and his crew came out moved big items and set everything up in the new place quickly and professionally. The owner Ron T. did a wonderful job arranging this short notice move and followed up to make sure everything went as planned. I hope I don't move again for a long time but when I do Fox Moving will be my go to moving company! Thank you guys!!!!

During our move, our gentlemen showed up at 9:37am for a scheduled 9am move. When signing papers we were forced to sign a start time of 9:30am. Our gentlemen didn't start moving anything until 10am. During the move the gentlemen got into a verbal altercation with our neighbors. When the 3 hours was finished, all our gentlemen moved totaled to be 14 pieces of furniture and zero boxes. RecommendedTerrific company! Responsive and caring. Moved us out of a 4BR, 2-story house and into a 5BR, 4-story house with no drama and very little difficulty. They worked their butts off and the crew all remained polite and cheerful. Great guys (and gal)!
