RecommendedI had Fox Moving Company move my big furniture this morning from one apartment (3rd floor) to another apartment @ Percy Priest lake. 2 gentleman did a fantastic job. i received a phone call before they arrived & they adhered to my simple moving instructions. Afterwards, i rewarded their hard work with a tio for each. During these tough times we need to help one another & they came through for me. I greatly appreciate it!! Great job!! Thank you!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I felt like your movers moved at a slow place to make sure it was over the minimum two hour rate they literally rather have been having small conversations then getting the job done. They only had to move one complete bedroom suit , one bunk bed and a living room set and washer and dryer . And at the end my total was 500 ! For three guys to do ! Worst company ever. Show up late, scratch your floors, you don’t get your things packed like you pay for, takes 1 day to take your payment but takes 60 business days to get reimbursed. Stay far away from this company.
they helped my 75 year old sister move , while i was in another room the told her she needed to give them a tip now, so they could give her the discount, they charged her for 3.5 hours, but they spent 1 hour in their truck, and instead of giving her a dicount they over charged her and got eighty dollars tip from this 75 year old woman who didnt know any better ,so i called the office and told them what happened, they offerd 50 dollars, i turned it down, i would rather file a report with the bbb, i urge you not to use this co... read more
clearly a bad company.....
We had items stolen including at Xbox that we can see that someone is using online. Games missing, expensive watch and a marble table top. Very disappointing to tell your son the movers stole his game console:/
