RecommendedFox Moving and Storage was incredible. I had two services: packing and then moving. The packers were on time; they were quick and efficient with packing my items, and none of the items were damaged when I got to my new apartment. There was a delay on the day-of move, but Fox Moving and Storage was able to get a truck out to my residence in addition to a four-man crew who were able to complete my move within four hours -- this is from breaking down furniture at one place and setting it back up at my next place. This company was supposed to move my 87 year old Mother in law @ 1:00 p.m. today. We waited all afternoon on this incompadent bunch of lying buffoons with my brother in law trying to communicate via phone and text all afternoon. When he finally talked to someone they said they were there and no one answered the doorbell. (blatant lie) Never use this company.
Actually show up would be a great start - my daughter scheduled a move, was given a date and time and these guys were a no show. She spent hours on the phone trying to get answers, only to get a run around! Her being 6 months pregnant made it impossible for her to cover their lack of service and concern herself. The stress alone was total BS.... really Do NOT RECOMMEND these people! Crap for service
