Their movers destroyed 2 major pieces of our furniture and dented walls. We were offered $250 to replace $2k of furniture. Choose wisely.

DO NOT HIRE! No amount insurance can replace your valuables, which they will not replace unless they pack every single item. They will treat your furniture like it’s trash and your home even worse than that. Just look at the pictures of the damage done to a SOLID WOOD HENREDON heirloom Mahogany Bed. Absolute garbage company. I cancelled my move with them after seeing a NIGHTMARE move happen with my roommate. They spent 6 1/2 hours on a studio apartment move ONE block down the street. The management must be crap because the crew they sent said they were exhausted from a huge move the day before. They took smoke breaks in her hallway, laid on her floor to rest, took TWO boxes up the stairs at a time... it was awful. Fox Moving and Storage SCRAPED by driveway with their truck and now refuses to pay to have it fix. They asked for quote’s and with a quote only offered me 250.00 on a 1100 repair job. Save yourself the time and headache and go to another moving company. Oh yeah the two drivers they sent were both visibly intoxicated and high as a kite!
RecommendedRonnie and Jaimie delivered to our new home and despite being very tired, worked hard and did a great job. They had several other workers helping load in Nashville so a big thanks to all of Ronnie’s crew! I would highly recommend them. They made an exhausting, difficult day easier and even fun, while remaining competent and professional. Thanks guys!
