I just got home from talking with Tom and Kristy and had to write a review immediately! They were so kind, sweet and HONEST. I had so many questions for them about my fiancé's wedding band as well as my own. They took the time to answer all of my questions truthfully. I did not feel rushed or was given any weird looks. Just genuine answers that put me at ease. Thank you so much for being my "therapists"!
Great family owned business!! I only like going to small family-owned jewellers. I like the personal service and this jewelry store does not disappoint! The husband and wife are wonderful and it's a great Fox Valley family owned store :-)

Fox Jewelers in Geneva is an incredible gem to find! Tom has a wonderful family business that CARES about people, quality, and personal sentimental attachments for jewelry passed down for generations, or newly designed originals. We drive over an hour to see them and their beautiful new finds and for any repairs or remaking of heirlooms. Honesty, trust, and talent is hard to find in business... Fox Jewelers has that and more!
