In the middle of a pandemic, there was no sign of anyone in the store wearing a mask. When I inquired, I was told that it was a personal choice. There were at least 10 people in two different groups without any physical distance observed.Since it was my choice, I walked out. I think it speaks volumes about how much they care about customers. This was my third and last visit.
What a honest caring jeweler. I just spoke to him and hes probably the most caring knowledgeable jeweler I have ever spoken too. Makes me still think there are reputable jewelers that actually care about customers. Worth the trip to Geneva for sure.
Tom is honest and it’s always nice to deal with a locally owned and operated business. Have sold gold with him and never worry that I’m not being given fair and honest valuations.
Tom made our wedding band purchase easy and breezy! He was very accommodating and was more than willing to meet with us in the evenings because of our crazy work schedules. It took two weeks to have my custom rings completely finished when I was just expecting to have the molds, which was a great surprise! Very timely and great pricing! At no point in time did we feel pressured to buy anything, which believe me is a relief. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Tom to create our vision! Thank you so much!
Tom and Valerie have been a wonderful job providing friendly service to my family. We have used them for jewelry repairs, cleaning and polishing jewelry, and appraisals. I always look forward to visiting this friendly family run business.

I tried everything. It was YELLOW. I feared it was damaged, I brought it to Fox Jewelers and they restored it to perfection! I can't thank them enough! Tom and his team at Fox Jewelers are so wonderful to work with...I brought in some diamonds that were originally my Mom’s, along with a necklace that I never wore, and we worked on a design together...a little direction from me, but a lot of expertise mixed with creativity from Tom, and the result is a beautiful, artistic ring, that I absolutely love!
