First timer here, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did Tom know my name as I walked in, he made my wedding ring look brand new and my grandmother’s wedding ring that was recently passed down to me look incredible! Thank you!
I just visited Fox Jewelers for the first time. Tom and his team were awesome. I had two watches that needed some adjusting. I had taken one of them to another jeweler who couldn't fix it and Tom fixed it while I was waiting. Besides the perfect customer service, the whole team was super friendly. I left the store feeling like I had been there many times before. The jewelry they offer is beautiful too. I'm definitely going back and I'm looking forward to visiting them in their new location.

What a fantastic store and great customer service! I brought in my diamond ring on Saturday with a broken prong. They had it fixed for me by Tuesday at 10am because I wanted to have it back before Thanksgiving. I'm really happy I stopped in there and I will be back!
They have such amazing pieces in stock and also have made several custom items for me. Always a pleasure working with these fine folks. Wonderful family owned place, I promise you'll be 110% satisfied.
The absolute best! We won’t go anywhere else � Everyone is so kind and they really take their time when you go in to the shop.
Tom was super helpful and very trust worthy. I had my 3 wedding bands soldered together, had them Rhodium plated and then a new appraisal for insurance. Everything was done in a fast timely manner. I am super happy with the results and my wedding rings look as beautiful as they did when I first got them! I highly recommend Fox Jewelers and will definitely be going back.
