Top notch! Made the entire process quick and painless. Great staff!
They let me bring in my dog Rylie as it was over ninety degrees outside and they gave him some cold water. Ben Simons was pretty good, but rough around the edges as far as knowledge of the cars inner workings although he has only been on the job for about six months. He worked hard to accommodate us as we gave him some tough parameters that we needed for our new Fusion lease. Overall I'd say our experience was pretty darned good!!!
