call customer back I went there twice ran all my stuff never called me back ,I called a couple days later talked to another sales person he said he would check and call me back and never heard back
Customer service at this dealership is horrible. I have sent multiple emails to my salesman and the used car manager and still havn't heard any reply after two months.
From service to sales, Fox Ford has always had exceptional service.
Took advantage of my wife and I, never fixed initial problem but always seemed to find something else to fix, charged for multiple FULL diagnostics, multiple full days with no vehicle and still same issues. A court date is imminent
After having an oil change last week, Friday. I woke up Saturday to a computer issue with my car after calling Fox Ford Service, Matt went above and beyond to tow my car and get me back on the road within a couple hours. Much appreciated.
This dealer is by far the worst I been to in my life. The totaled my truck and just wanted to pay it off. Trick me into giving my title up like they was doing a insurance claim but didn't. And act like they can't replace my vehicle.
The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. We never have a problem getting an appointment when we need it (usually late in the afternoon). The facility is always clean.
