I have been a patient here for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Schechter takes the time to answer any and all questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Fox Chase Family Eye Care.
One of my biggest pet peeves in life now is how businesses cut staff and no one answers the phone. When I call it is because that moment in time is convenient for me to ask the questions and get the information I need from your office. It is not at all convenient to have to leave a voicemail and hope that you call back in a timely manner or during a time when I actually can talk. I was planning to switch to this practice but I am staying with my current eye doctor where someone *always* answers the phone.
