I have been going to Fox Chase Family Eye Care for the last 10 years and I’ve always had a great experience. All the employees are personable, pleasant, courteous and truly care about your customer experience. Dr. Dunoff was a wonderful man and I was concerned for the continuity and service of the new ownership. While it will always remain a sad time for the both the practice and its patients, Dr. Schechter has done an outstanding job of keeping the patient experience at the forefront. The “family” structure within the practice shows in the way the employees harmoniously work together creating a happy and efficient environment. Thanks to all of them!

I absolutely love this place! My husband and daughter recently became patients here as well and they both love this place too. The entire staff is so friendly, they never rush you, they take time to explain everything and they all have a way of making you feel like you’re part of the Fox Chase Family Eye Care family!

I go there and for some reason they insisted on trying to overcharge me. I had the print out of my vision insurance as did the front desk lady. Paper clearly said that cost was the lesser of $60 or 85% of something or other. So she says blah blah blah the cost is 185. I say no 60 is less than 185 and we go back and forth. Finally she says shell have someone call to “clarify it for me” as though i was misunderstanding. So of course the guy gets off the phone and says that with my insurance it is 60 but most people dont have that type of insurance. Umm what?! Who cares if i am the only person on the planet with this plan - it clearly says on the printout 60 as my copay for that service. They never apologized for their mistake. Rude and illiterate.
