I have been going to Fox Chase Family Eye Care for the last 10 years and I’ve always had a great experience. All the employees are personable, pleasant, courteous and truly care about your customer experience. Dr. Dunoff was a wonderful man and I was concerned for the continuity and service of the new ownership. I absolutely love this place! My husband and daughter recently became patients here as well and they both love this place too. The entire staff is so friendly, they never rush you, they take time to explain everything and they all have a way of making you feel like you’re part of the Fox Chase Family Eye Care family!
I go there and for some reason they insisted on trying to overcharge me. I had the print out of my vision insurance as did the front desk lady. Paper clearly said that cost was the lesser of $60 or 85% of something or other. So she says blah blah blah the cost is 185. I say no 60 is less than 185 and we go back and forth. Finally she says shell have someone call to “clarify it for me” as though i was misunderstanding. THE best doctors office I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly nice and very professional. I have never had to wait a long time in the waiting room. The office is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend you making your next eye exam at Fox Chase Family Eye Care!
