First service, great experience! I just recently bought my first Acura. The experience getting it serviced could not have been better. They put my mind at ease and made everything simple to understand and set my expectations well.

Exceptional Service It was an absolute pleasure working with my sales consultant, Sabriena Nelson, from the moment I walked into the dealership. From the first day, until the day I drove away with my RLX, Sabriena worked with me and took care of my every need. The instructions and personal setup on every aspect of the car was phenomenal and extremely appreciated.
Longtime customer Everybody is very personable and always available to help. I have been going there for years because I love my Acura and I love Fox Acura, both in regards to purchasing a vehicle as well as the service department.
Great service I like no appointment needed for a quick and reasonable priced oil change. It’s nice to enjoy Coke and treats while I wait. I also have the option to stay in Battle Creek, call for a pick up, and a free loaner car while the car serviced and then later returned.

Service after purchase Quick, through. Everything was explained to me. Extremely professional. The service manager and service coordinator were very helpful, Coordinator explained all hat was done.
Purchase of Acura RDX Chris was very professional and did a nice job. He was prompt with answering questions and made sure that the car we purchased was in top condition.
