Milian from Fowler White Burnett was assigned to represent me, but due to his unprofessional conduct, I decided not continue working with the company. I then requested a refund of the remaining balance. Instead, I was incorrectly told that I still owed money. After conducting a full reconciliation of the payments and services, it is clear that the company actually owes me $500.00.
