My daughter and I were there to look at the ELANTRA and when we walked in Mike is the sales person that I was supposed to ask for was with another couple and that held us up probably 45 minutes. The vehicle I initially went to see had been sold, however, the staff and sales people went above and beyond to help me find an even better option. They are all fantastic to work with, will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
Shady experience, wouldn’t recommend. Extremely inaccurate description of the vehicle. Listed as stock and was extremely modified. So much so that I was afraid the warranty would have been void. Received loan documents that excluded warranty. Was told the warranty would come in the mail. I asked to wait to sign until getting the warranty documents and was told it had to be signed before midnight. Condition was as advertised. Doc fees for all these VA dealers are on the high side, but the price of the car was low enough that I have no complaints.
They found a better vehicle for me and delivered it themselves. John is a great sales man.
They hide fees even after I specifically asked for the out‑the‑door price. They called me to visit, but once I arrived, I was shocked to find several unexpected hidden fees. They also ignored the issues I pointed out with the car and didn’t offer to fix them. It was a complete waste of time. I’ll never visit again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
