Bait and switch. We drove down from Stillwater on a Friday evening and test drove a used Jetta. I loved it and was ready to pay cash for it, but the salesman, Brad, said they couldn't sell it until after it was inspected. He said it would be ready at 2:00 the following day. The dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry. However, the vehicle I inquired about did not have all the options that I wanted. We found another vehicle and began the purchase process, but they were not willing to give us what we felt our trade was worth, so we did not complete the purchase. Our sales person (Chris Burrus) was fantastic.
Amberly was quick to return my emails and answered all questions I had for her without going to the dealership
called several times, ok to check on deal, a little strange they raised the price after they got the car.
A little confusion and the salesman was not present when we got there, but he had filled someone else in on us coming. The wait for the actual delivery of the car seemed to be a little excessive. The finance manager was cavalier in his attitude toward me when I started reading the contracts I was signing.
Great I would buy from them again
