I just spent the past 2 days at Fourwinds with my Mom to celebrate her birthday. It was excellent! The pool was great and we loved all of the beautiful views. We ate at both restaurants and all of the food was yummy. All of the workers that we encountered were very friendly. I really only have good things to say. Thanks for making her birthday so enjoyable! We will be back.

Just went into the Windjammer for dinner. Sat at the bar only 3 customers at the bar 4 bartenders. No one would wait on us. Asked a gentleman 2 spots down what they could get him and he had already been waited on but walked right by us. We took our business elsewhere.

This is a very clean and friendly resort. Food was good and grounds and water where clean. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend.
Check in at 4pm. Still waiting for our room! Not impressed!!
This was the worst food experience EVER! We will never return again. The service was even terrible. Employees were very rude including the manager. The server Paul was the only person who even stepped up to the plate to try to make things correct. The pizza tasted like cardboard, the triple decker was a double decker and the shrimp po-boy only has 3 shrimp on it. Completely unacceptable dinner all around!
