Very Relaxing! Not far from Indy! We had a GRRRRREAT TIME! Going back soon!
We stay a few times a year. Live about 45 min away love the atmosphere and the food has really gotten so much better. The view from the rooms are awesome. The staff is always very respectful and helpful. Prices are pretty reasonable for all that you get. Paddle boarding, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking available every weekend at Fairfax beach.
My boyfriend and I came out there to eat today and we sat at a table for 30 minutes or better and didn't even get asked what we would like to drink two tables that sat down after us were helped the waitresses and manager just repeatedly walked by us it was very poor service we had to pay $7 just to get to the restaurant and couldn't even get service was a complete waste of time and money
Our family of 4 (with 2 elementary aged kiddos) stayed at Fourwinds last week (T-F) and booked the midweek "Staycation" special. Some friends and their children also joined us. It was a little last minute, but both of our groups were able to book rooms the week prior with ease. We opted to spend the extra $99 for the lakeside double room, and I feel it was well worth the money. It is a very clean place, people are very friendly. If you need something they will do their best to help. I would highly recommend it. So relaxing.
