My wife and I live just down the road and consider this place a second home! We got married at the Big Oak Shelter and absolutely love having dinner at the Windjammer! A+++++
Nice weekend getaway. The room was cozy with a great view. The pool was great for the kids. As usual the service and food was amazing. Can’t wait for our next weekend arm Fourwinds.
Overall our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. The hotel is clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The food in the Windjammer Grill was delicious, if slightly overpriced, but the service was terrible. Our waitress was slow and inattentive, we had to wave down another waitress for help. The Tradewinds breakfast buffet was overpriced and the food and service wasn't good. We went outside the resort for food after those two experiences. We will definitely stay here again, ... read more
I used to take guests there but the service is embarrassingly slow so I will not go again until it improves
Room was ok. Room service and restaurant were horrible. Saturday night, only served pizza and nachos. Drinks horrible and expensive. Room Service....just pulled blanket up over bed, sheet crumpled at bottom, did not replace many items in room....coffee and supplies, shampoo, etc. Would not recommend.
