We have a houseboat there, love the dock, and our location...we usually go down the road less than a mile to Fairfax inn, the food is delicious, the drinks are reasonable...and the service is excellent ...
Awesome place
I do not recommended a wedding reception here! We had come to a wedding there this past weekend and it was god awful! The staff was the least helpful. Stole our fans that we had to purchase for the tent (couldn’t tell us who other than a staff member and there was supposedly sercurity 24/7). Were provided with table cloths, chair covers, and ribbons for the chairs and we had to do 90% of it the morning of since the wedding coordinator didn’t come in until late!
Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐Good experience!! Boat rental were great everything was awesome but need more ice machines🤔 need to be fix and the food was 👍🏾👍🏾🤙🏾oh and by the way this bed is lovely OMG don't want to get out this thing😍😍
I know it is the off season but I feel the room is overpriced for what you get. The bar and restaurant are subpar at best. After 9 all you can order is pizza or nachos. Staff was ready to go home and not friendly. Very disappointed. I hope they get in gear for when they are really busy this summer.
That Fig Sauce on the Chicken Sandwich is delicious. Its going to be a great summer. Love the friendly staff.
