The neighborhood is very quiet and I've never had an issue with parking or bugs (my biggest complaint in my last community). The leasing staff has been professional on the few occasions that I needed to consult them on an issue which I really appreciate. I have run into a few maintenance issues which is going to happen when living in an apartment, but the guys on staff are by far the gem of this neighborhood. Do not move here! This is our 6th time our ac has went out and I've been calling to have it fixed and no one in the office will pick up. When you walk in they aren't doing anything and the phones are put on silence!!! They take forever with maintenance and rig everything so they have to come back literally a week later -_- I have two small children and I absolutely need working AC yet that seems to be an issue here and living on the 3rd floor it's even worse.
This year has been the worst. I live in a second floor apartment it is always 85-90 degrees in the apartment with the air conditioner set at 75. Electric bill for a 2 bedroom is over 325.00. Maintenance insists there is nothing wrong with the unit. They close out work orders before completing the job. And show up at your apartment with work orders that you never placed to do work that doesn't need to be done.
