I've Been living there for a couple months now. I love the fact that my pet is welcome and also they have the dog park. It could use some cleaning because I don't take my dog there anymore. some of the staffs are friendly. They are doing better with work orders and follow ups now. I wish the residents could pick up after their pets.
Would give a better review if the office had more people to answer the phones. No 24 hr security is another reason, if it was not for my dog I would not feel safe. Don’t even like to go in the pool anymore. Maintenance is improving so far. The changes are nice, but for the price I pay, I Think I could live in a place for less with modern appliances and flooring
I enjoy the nice quite environment. The proximity to Valencia is very nice as well. I very much am happy about the condition of my apartment and the grounds. I like to see pets in this friendly place and the connection to nature is peaceful. I have yet to use them but the pool and exercise areas look clean.
The maintenance staff are incredible and love the changes they are making.
Worst apartment complex ever...poor customer service...they had 1 month to get apartment to move in and was not ready still...you tell them about problems and nothing is done...oh they lied about "UPDATED CABINETRY" their definition of updated is actually paint smh...RUN GET OUT...
Don't let the fancy entrance fool you, this place is a dump. I wouldn't live here again if you paid me.
