Went for anniversary and had a lovely dinner. Wish there were 4.5 stars to give as that's well deserved.

Great to have another option in Hickory! I'm not one to eat out all that often because I'm easily disappointed. Not here! The menu has a nice variety of choices, and, thus far (7 or 8 visits), the food, execution, presentation and service have been wonderful! I hope they are wonderfully successful so I can eat here for years to come.
Our new favorite restaurant in Hickory! Everything is always excellent. The roasted mashed cauliflower...to die for! Yum!
Tonight was our first dining experience at Fourk. The poached pear salad and stuffed chicken were phenomenal. Although they told us it would be a 45 minute wait without a reservation, we were seated quickly and our waiter, John,was very attentive to our needs. A+ service, aesthetic and quality of food. We will make it a regular in our dining choices. Hickory needed a restaurant of this caliber. Our compliments to the chef as well.
Had dinner there last night for the first time. Loved it! Great menu! Great price! Very friendly staff. The Asian Pork was PERFECT! Well done FOURK! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend FOURK to all my friends. Cheers!
Great atmosphere, wonderful service, interesting drinks & unique menu items. The tuna appetizer, must have! Spicy but awesome!
