Love! Chicken pasta caprese and the stuffed chicken are to die for along with the cucumber tomato gazpacho! Highly recommend!

The tri-color quinoa salad is wonderful; it reminded me of a treasure hunt, and every bite was delicious. Presentation is a bed of finely shredded kale with feta cheese. Under the kale was quinoa, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and grape tomatoes. Lightly tossed with a citrus dressing . . . so fresh and delicious!!
