Very exquisite food. The Ahi Tuna and salmon were amazing. Loved everything even down to the house salad. Beautiful decor as well. Our server(s) Dwayne and Ariel were wonderful. Highly recommend this place for date night, events, and banquets.

WOW...That's all I can say after an amazing night at Fourk. From the minute we walked in the door, until we left for the evening I couldn't have asked for more. They helped me plan a very special Surprise Birthday gathering for Donna Keister that ended in a marriage proposal, and she said yes! The food, the service and the atmosphere of Fourk was fabulous, something Hickory has needed for a long time. If you haven't dined here you owe yourself a treat. Had the most wonderful New Years Eve dinner! We love your place and have always enjoyed everything that we order. The scallops w/kale and Parmesan appetizer is the bomb! Great food, owners, chef that is innovative! The staff is superior! It's a great experience from arrival to departing! We look forward to many delicious meals at your establishment in 2016!
