Exorbitant fees, unhelpful staff, unsatisfactory service. Unsafe conditions and responses, and community director did not even consider waiving a fee and was absolutely negligent in considering the safety of her tenants

Worst landlord ever, hands down. Herma Drummond is the laziest landlord I have ever encountered. When you bring up any issue whatsoever she immediately goes on the attack and tries to make your life hell until you leave. Broken glass all over the front lawn for weeks? Thats ok for her. Complain about a neighbor blasting his music at 1 AM. She accuses you of making the noise. Covid cleaning? She doesnt even know what that is. Stay away from any building she manages. In fact, two of the buildings she manages have burned down. ... read more

Dog owners beware! Senior beware! Management likes neither of those categories. Should a TRACE of dog poop be found (and management apparently has all day to concentrate on just this) you will be fined TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS! Neighbors have moved out over this nonsense. We are seniors and are likely being singled out for that. All that glitters is not gold!

Let me start off by saying DO NOT move into a Weidner owned property. 1. The outdoor hallways were appealing at first sight...then we moved in and realized people let their dogs do their business right in the hallways. If it is not picked up by the owner, it stays in the hallway for months until it breaks apart and looks like dirt. Do I even need to state how unsanitary and disgusting this is? I should report my former complex (Flats at Santan) to the health department. 2. When the covid crisis happened my boyfriend lost his... read more

“Wonderful location...Will nickel and dime you at move out.” Never before have I had this many problems with moving out of an apartment complex. Me, my roommate, and my cat lived in the apartment for 3 years (May 2017 - June 2020) and we were told that we had to get the carpet professionally cleaned (even though we had lived there long enough for them to have to replace the carpet and repaint anyway) before moving out. Due to our lack of funds because of the pandemic, we decided to take the hit and let them keep our security... read more

During the Covid-19 crisis, my husband got laid off and we were no longer able to pay the rent. Instead of helping out their residents, they charge a $1275 lease buyout fee. They are charging us carpet cleaning and pet cleaning fees even though we put down a $300 non-refundable deposit for our dog and an additional $300 refundable deposit for our dog. All of which should be enough to cover the $195 fee for carpet cleaning, which they initially said it would be used for. They also claim that we will owe $138 for a water bill ... read more

Moved into our 2bd 2bath apartment mid Aug 2017. Before signing the lease we asked if the apartment had flooded and was told no. Later we found out from the maintenance crew that it had flooded numerous of times. As time went on my newborn daughter was getting sick and my son was also. Long story short we found mold we informed them of this. My daughter and son both suffer asthma now and it is linked to the mold per several doctors. we hired a mold inspection company and we had it in record numbers in the wall, baseboards, c... read more

The staff is friendly but not thorough , organized, knowledgeable, or helpful. I have to call or email more than once for all concerns and I don't get a timely response. Almost every maintenance request has taken multiple attempts to resolve. I can hear the garages opening below me. the doors closing on the units around me. the 9 foot spring loaded entry doors to the units definitely don't help. The landscaping wasn't touched until recently and there is still many areas full of dead brush and overgrowth as well as litter and... read more

Starting off, I was so excited to move into Skyline. Everything seemed too good to be true... Until my first 48 hours of living here. Long story short. I’ve had to put in 12 maintence requests in only 2 months of living here. Everyday it is something new. Yes, they do get fixed within a reasonable time, but WHEN does it stop? Everyday something breaks, squeaks, falls off the wall, etc. I’m paying $2100+ for an apartment that I feel like i should be paying about $500 a month for. I’ve put in multiple requests for the same thi... read more
