We've been going to Houghton lake for 40 plus yrs. During that time, several different owners have managed this store. The current owners have made a huge difference in the foods, drinks and ice-cream they offer. I'm impressed by the positive changes they've made. They added a food truck and a sitting area, with a port-a-potty for customers to use. I stop by often to restock drinks and food. We tried several of their pizza selections, 👍. Highly recommend a visit and some delicious ice-cream.
Convenient where we stayed. Ice Cream was good.
Nice little general store on the North Shore Houghton area, excellent convenience of you don't want to drive all the way into town for a large grocery store. The seem to have a huge variety of alcoholic beverages. Prices are steep, though.
