Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk clerks were very helpful. Willing to print directions and make suggestions. And totally enjoyed our stay.

Staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond what was expected. Location was convenient and shuttle service was prefect.

The shuttle bus service was excellent. The rooms are spacious and reasonably clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just edible but I wouldn't have served it to my guests.

I'd like to counter and say that we had excellent service at this hotel in the height of summer. To and from the T at will. Great full breakfast. Some good places to eat within walking district. Our family would definitely stay there again!

The shuttle service is HORRIBLE. Two stays in a row I was left at the airport and had to place MULTIPLE phone calls to get picked up. The general manager, "Bob", did little to help - same return benefit I received the first time. I will be calling SPG to complain about this. He said this is few and far between, but I see multiple reviews with this. The rooms do not make up for this- crummy service better have amazing rooms, and these are merely par for the course.

Hotel was not too bad, but we were stranded at the T stop last night for over 2 hours. Night manager did not answer the phone and when he did lied to us and said the shuttle was in its way. Finally we and another guest split a cab ride back. ( he was having the same issues) this started at 945 pm, not exactly late at night. No one ever checked to make sure we made it back okay, never got back until 1230 am We will never stay there again
