If you are flying out of Logan Airport in Boston at an early hour, this Four Points is a good place to sleep before you fly. A comfortable room though a bit dated the hotel seems to take pride in its good shuttle service to Logan, 24 hours a day. That's a nice perk. Spotty Wi-Fi and no free breakfast but you have to take the good with the bad.
We had a most enjoyable visit to Four Points. The staff were fantastic especially Roseann (front desk) and Christian (housekeeping). It was a very busy hotel with plenty of large groups but was very quiet. The hot breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
The staff upon arrival was very helpful, accommodating and polite. The shuttle service TO Logan was prompt and I arrived quickly. However, our room while updated and clean was hot and did not cool off even on the lowest setting. However, upon return to Logan I requested a shuttle for a specific time, which apparently you aren't permitted to do. So after getting outside I called and requested again as instructed, turned out they would get there at the time I wasn't permitted to PreRequest. The shuttle passed us as a result of... read more

Short of bahroom space only thin I didn't like to big od a place not to have enough bathroom stlls
