Verified Renter A great community! Accessible, convenient, peaceful and clean. We were safe from hurricane and flooding. Close to Indian Rock beach and Clearwater beach. Next also to the community gym.

Verified Renter Location is good. Rent is expensive. Apartments need renovating. Valet trash rarely picks up. No pest control is being provided. Complex seems to be under constant construction.
