Good place to live In this condominium you live very well it is very clean they are always doing their maintenance in the common deposit and the service is efficient I recommend living here 100% it is very quiet to live here

Beware, the pictures are deceiving. This place is a dump. So dirty and they have mice. Complained about the mice for months and after several months they finally came in and set up traps, really? What happen to calling an exterminator. Needless to say, the traps only caught one. I am moving out. Management will do nothing to help. Also they towed my car one night and cost me $300 to get it back. They nickel and dime you to death. I was parked legally and there was no sign to contradict my parking. The best surprise ever! I had a difficult time finding an affordable community I felt safe living in with my children. My girlfriend stumbled upon Fountains of Largo and we loved it from the moment we took our tour. The staff is great and the grounds are beautiful. My kids and I love it’s proximity to the beach and that it has a great pool. The complex has a friendly community and it’s located in a great area. My community Have been living here 4 years. Nice quiet community. Management is on top of most maintenance issues, keeping up the property. Great maintenance crew. I love living here.
I've been here for three years and I love it. It's close to the beaches, the units are spacious and up to date. The rent is affordable. I'm blessed to have such a beautiful, peaceful, quite place to live!!!
Live close to the beach As a current resident who just finished her first lease and is on to her second I can tell you once your here there will be no reason to leave! You always have a clean pool, service to take your trash, large apartment, and beautiful grounds and all that within 5 mins from the Indian rocks beach!
