Verified Renter Great community to live in. Close to the best beaches, shopping and medical facilities. Management and maintenance keep up with all needs. Very nice place to live.
Verified Renter The community is nice, no real issues The staff is professional and courteous. All maintenance requests are handled quickly. There isn't much in the way of amenities. There is a pool, I just wish it was maintained better and kept clean.

Verified Renter This is a great area to live in. You have the best beaches right down the road. All the shopping you can imagine and beautiful parks real close by, even walking distance. Apartments are close enough to main roads but still sit back off of them so you feel you are not in busy area at all. Overall nice apartment community to live in.

Verified Renter I have lived at The Fountains of Largo for about a year and I have enjoyed getting to know the staff. The maintenance staff has been quick to respond and I enjoy talking with the Asst. in the office (Yessie). I knew the past Manager Romana. I don't really know the new one.
