Great people to work with
Fountainhead approved my loan and then a week later, after I sent emails to them, they finally sent me one saying they denied my loan. I submitted my 1040 schedule C and I qualify for everything in the PPP guidelines. They did not give me an explanation or anything and I waited almost a month for this which wasted my time. I am struggling just like everyone else and I am very disappointed with this since the President just blocked large corporations from applying and it should be people like me receiving the help we need.
I'm very frustrated with Fountainhead and the handling of my 2nd Round PPP. I was approved over a week ago and still have not received funding. There are a million steps following approval with this organzation, which all takes 5 days in between.I've been through each step of approval-closing- and now its time to release the funds and now I'm having to wait on another email for "Funding" for gods sake, RELEASE THE FUNDS ALREADY! isn't that what this is all about, to get the funds to the small businesses that are in DIRE need... read more
I applied for a PPP loan with them and what a shit show. Their information was wrong and they were publicly and ADAMENTLY telling people that they could not get a PPP loan AND an EIDL loan. They really don't know what they are doing. They are middle men that ask other people (i.e. the SBA) what to do and wait for the answer. I didn't get a PPP loan with them because they couldn't handle the capacity. Buyer beware, just some "dudes" thinking they are a "financial firm". No real intellectual capacity here. Terrible PPP loan process, absolutely no communication or follow up. Two rounds of Federal financing available for the PPP loans and the only contact from this firm are two template emails with errors saying they are still trying to decipher the federal government requirements and they are trying their best. Thankfully, we applied with another source and immediately began providing information and documents to obtain the loan. 24 hours later, we received approval.
