This company needs to have the credentials from SBA removed. I have reported them and spoke with SBA. They say they have 20 days to fund but that is not what SBA says. Spoke with SBA rep (since there is NO WAY of getting a hold of someone form Fountainhead) and the rep told me the rules are very clearly stated by SBA that they must fund (that means money in bank) within 10 days after a loan number is assigned by SBA.

Be prepared to be a victim of fraud if you intend to use Fountainhead SBF or Womply fastlane for SBA PPP. I submitted my application with an SBA approved loan number nearly 4 weeks ago. Not only have I verified my identity sent in previous tax return filings, submission of bank statements, invoices, utilities, signed my promissary note but I also linked my Bank of America business account directly to their forum using plaid. I filed for my PPP loan in March I signed my promise me note April 13th the site says 2 to 3 days 10 days max today is the 11th day and I have not received no emails I have not received my funds I've signed my second promising note and still have not received my funds my status is lender funding for over 2 weeks I need to run my company I'm a single father I was wondering if I could apply with a different company if this matter isn't resolved

I’m confused how they have no interest of answering anyone’s phone call. I signed my promissory note over a week ago and still no deposit and I have no way of speaking to anyone.. this is crazy!!
Fountainhead SBF LLC is the lender to my First Round PPP loan. It was funded within couple of days after signing promissory note. I applied for my Second Round PPP loan through the same software company as the first PPP and kept Fountainhead SBF LLC as lender. 10 days past after PromNote was signed and still no money. I kept complaining to the software company but I would just got automatic unrelated responses. I’m gonna copy and paste same review someone else put because I’ve had the same experience. No one returns emails or calls. I been going through this since feb 28. I wish I can rate this as zero. I will not write an essay of what I experiences but I have them as a lender and funds were disbursed but never shown in my account and there is no way to communicate with them.
