The staff in ICU units 15-28 are very nice, caring. Very impressed with this hospital. Very cultural as well. Who would imagine that there is a Vietnamese TV stations and Pho for his dinner.

Shout out to Labor and Delivery staff. You guys took such great care of me when I needed it the most. I was fortunate enough to almost meet all the staff there since I was admitted like every other week. You guys rock!!!!!! How do I send a thank you card to them?

I severe pain in er and would not give me a place to lay down horrible service
The people actually want you better and to solve the mystery of what's wrong with you.
Had hand surgery there a while ago, they asked me which knee they were going to do! My hand not my knee!! Worst pre AND post op I have ever had. Went to OCMEM for my other two surgeries and loved it!

I did not appreciate their treatment of family members. Their indifference made this dilapidated hospital worse. Maybe I'm just use to a higher standard of service.
