Had a ganglion cyst removed on my right wrist, feeling a bit uneasy naturally like every new patient would when I checked in. I went trough surgery today, and the nurses and Doctors were so nice, especially Denise, Hela and Maria. I was a little nervous at first because I read some bad reviews... To be honest just that one guy who was pushing the bed to the preparation room was some how careless he hit the wall and door couple times, I guess he had a bad day, other than that everybody was so nice, Thank you everybody!!!!

ER staff that checked us in last night was great. RN Mel is a sweetheart. The EEG tech guy who plays soccer was cool. Dr Chairez is very professional and personable. Pediatrics ICU staff was all excellent. Last night's RN, RN Frank, etc. Everyone including housekeeping is great. Very comfortable here.

As a visitor I was surprised on how run down the facility is and lack of privacy for patients. Sharing rooms in 2016 is a no no. Then to allow a picture of your staff to be posted online, also ridiculous. The hospital needs a major overhaul or tear down. I felt germs all over me while I just walked to my friends room and back. I am appalled the post of the RN was not deleted. Tenent facilities are all going downhill and they cannot find buyers quick enough.
