Took a friend to the ER. Worst experience ever. Nurses just sat around as I had to help her in & out of a wheelchair. No one would come to us they would just call out her name & ask me to wheel her to them in one if those emergency wheelchairs which I had no clue how to operate. I felt so horrible that I took a good friend there. Never again will I take someone I care to this horrid circus.
