Nice inflatable bed that deflated while I was gone for a test. I return not realizing it deflated for some reason!!!! Nurse with me didnt notice either so she help me plop down on bed (she lost her grip of me) I landed so hard I injured my tail bone!!! Filed complaint. Lets see if they follow through. Another nurse had The nerve to ask me if I had somebody in my room while I was gone for the test. Wth! How would I know if somebody was in my room I was in even their! Epic fail.

Took my dad there couple of weeks ago and he’s still there. He was ICU and then transferred out to DOU. For the past three days I am trying to get an update on my dads condition and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody that would explain to me what’s going on and why were waiting so long for a simple ECRP procedure for a week now because his bile duct is leaking and they’re supposed fix. I spoke to a his nurse regarding the hold up and I was told if I didn’t like the service to take back to his original hospital. I s... read more
