Felt like what I was going through didn’t matter. Leaving here feeling just as bad if not worse than when I got here,because now I have stress and anxiety in addition to why I am here.

I am so disappointed in this hospital! I have been here several times for surgeries. As a patient and a human being with rights and freedoms, I expect not to be treated with such utter disrespect. Im a smoker, and EVERY time I've stayed here, the staff has allowed me an occational smoke outside since I was staying more than a day. Last night however, they were extremely unprofessional. Jenifer schweniger the nurse at the ER the time I know she was working was 5:00 pm I believe her last name might be wrong. Let’s me tell you about this nurse giving every patients attitude complaining to the nurse in the front complaining she can’t take Work correctly with so may people there. Almost slammed the door on my mother that is extremely week dose not even apologize keeps walking this nurse has the worst attitude I have even seen and needs to be trained on how to treat her patients!!!
