Very pleased – I have been for 3 treatments (underarm area) and it has worked great. I just signed up to do the bikini area. The technicians are so nice and professional and the facility is very clean. Great service – I have been going to fountain laser for 3 months and I am very pleased with their service. They are very professional, always on schedule and it really works . I have now signed up for laser hair removal on another area. I highly recommend fountain laser hair removal.

With so many centers out there to get laser, you want to make the most of your money and this place will do just that. No fluff stuff, just good value for laser treaments. I have tried other lasers that were not as effective as the one Carrie uses and she is always there to help. Very easy to work with and honest people!!

Great value – I just had my 3rd treatment and have been very pleased with the results so far. I found them because of a Groupon offer and it is certainly well worth the price. I just wish I had done this a long time ago!

It really works! – This is the second place that I have tried laser hair removal and I have had 3 sessions here so far. I had amazing results after the first session, but some regrowth by the third. Definately much less and finer hair on the regrowth though. You really need at least 4 sessions, but I never have to shave more than once between my 6 week appointments! How awesome is that!

awesome experience – I absolutely love this place. I have had 4 sessions on my underarms and the hair is gone. I don't have to shave anymore. I recommend this place. The staff is so friendly! The laser machine stings a little but doesn't hurt. I am definitely going back to do more areas!!

This place is awesome! – This place is amazing! I have been to a few places to try laser hair removal and never really saw results. I can tell you that all changed in my first visit here! The GentleLase machine they have takes the pain out of the process. I am a brunette and have had to shave every day for years. I honestly don’t have to shave for weeks after my visits (and there is barely anything there when I do). Swear this was even after the 1st visit. Great price + awesome staff + pain free = me (a very happy customer)!

Owner is a Jerk! Carrie was great! – The owner, Mark, was like a slimy used car salesman who repeats the same "presentation" over and over again. The only reason I went and will go back is 1) because I already paid for the sessions (which were well priced, I will admit), and 2) because Carrie the technician was really nice! Bottom line- if you don't care about dealing with a jerk, the value is good! If you want to go somewhere that is warm and friendly, go somewhere else!

I don't know what others complain about. – My ethnicity is Armenian, and my people are known for extensive body hair. Trust me , if it worked on me, it would work on anybody! Just follow simple rules that are explained to you in the beginning of treatments such as to keep your treated area out of sun or spray tan, and you'll get the best results.
