Good location and great service – The Fountain is staffed by knowledgable people who enjoy what they do. Each visit was a pleasure, and the end result was worth it! Professional service – The Fountain Laser is a great, professional facility. Its stuff is very knowledgeable and understanding. I had my first laser treatment with them and was very scared before the procedure. They took the time to explain how it worked and answered all my questions. The equipment is also amazing! Great place to go. – Free parking is always a plus and it is conveniently located off the highway so it's a quick in and out experience. I've been 6 times and have never had to wait. They are excellent at being on time and always call the day before to remind me. Kerri is extremely professional, precise, and she is no rush to get the job done. Very professional, flexible, and fast! – I would reccomend several friends to Fountain Laser, my experience has been great. Great experience...again and again – I have been very pleased with my experience at The Fountain Laser Hair Removal. I don't have to wait to be seen, the facility is clean and the laser they use is very effective. Kerri, the technician, has always makes me feel comfortable and is very good at what she does. Great friendly service – Great place near Cumberland Mall. Kerri, the technician makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I was very nervous about having laser treatment done. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the procedure. I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes. It's always clean. Great service for laser hair removal – Very informative about the procedure and what they're doing and what to except! Very clean and nice office and always extremely prompt! Not Nearly as Bad as it seems – I was pretty hesitant about getting some hair removed in a choice spot, but was told that The Fountain had the best deals. When I got there, everything was explained to me in private, and then the session started. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but it's not like getting a massage either, of course. They have never been late for my appointment, they always call to remind me a day before, and the process is very quick. While Kerri is "doing her job," she takes your mind off of... read more
