I have been getting hair removal from The Fountain since 2013. They have done several areas including bikini and lower legs and I have had such a great expereince with them. I keep coming back because I know that I will receive quality care. The last session for my bikini area was early 2014 and I have yet to need a touch up. Their results last!!! Everyone at the Fountain is so great! The staff is professional and thorough. They explain everything to you very well and are always polite. There are often specials and deals going on, so you can expect a good value for the service you receive. The only negative of my experience was that two times when I had an early morning appointment, the door was still locked because the employee wasn't there yet. Great service and nice facility. The staff is knowledgeable, punctual, accommodating and very friendly. I was nervous at first, but it's a piece of cake! I was so happy with the results that I decided to do more!

I really like this place; it is not presemptuous and does not make me feel out place! I appreciate the proffesionalism mixed with a spoonfull of warmth. Add to it a spoonfull of funny and you get Kerri and Leah. I would recommend this Spa and look forward to my daughter to be 18, so she can get her laser hair removal gift from me!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and staff at The Fountain. They were very straight forward with me in the beginning and walked me through the steps of laser hair removal. I will admit I was a little nervous but after meeting with the Doctor and the technician, all my fears were put at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone.
